Job summary

Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is seeking an Operations Manager to support the Restaurant Leader in driving operational excellence and sustaining Raising Cane’s standards and culture across all restaurant activities.

You will execute restaurant operations, manage shifts, ensure cash accountability, and lead a team to deliver outstanding customer service while upholding safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of Restaurant or retail management experience.
• Possess a valid, state-issued driver's license.
• Must complete all required Raising Cane’s company training programs.
• Able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends.
• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Self-driven, flexible, and energetic with strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to recognize and analyze problems, set goals, create and convert plans into action to solve problems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook) and ability to learn and adapt to new systems quickly.
• Preferred: New Restaurant opening experience.

Responsibilities

• Executes Restaurant operations functions.
• Acts as manager on duty and opens and closes the Restaurant.
• Manages cash handling and ensures accountability.
• Enforces Raising Cane’s policies and standards.
• Executes shift management meetings and safety standards.
• Uses forms and logs to support shift execution and document results.
• Deploys Crewmembers during a shift.
• Provides exemplary customer service.
• Maintains cleanliness and ensures the facility is in good working order.
