Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is hiring a Restaurant Manager in Texas. You will support the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations and uphold Raising Cane’s standards and culture during shift management.

The role involves managing cash, opening and closing duties, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The position requires leadership, flexibility with shifts, and a commitment to training and safety.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to travel as needed for work-related functions and training.

Responsibilities

• Supports Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations.
• Maintains Raising Cane’s standards and culture in shift management.
• Acts as manager on duty, opens and closes restaurant.
• Manages cash handling and ensures accountability.
• Enforces policies and safety standards.
• Oversees staff during shifts and delivers exemplary customer service.
• Keeps restaurant clean and equipment in good working order.
• Completes other duties as assigned.
