You will lead and coach team members, conduct interviews, maintain cleanliness, manage shift duties, ensure food safety and regulatory compliance, and partner with management to drive profitability.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Proven ability to coach and lead a team.
• Experience in interviewing team members and shift leads.
• Knowledge of standard health, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assists Restaurant Manager with daily operations and coaches team in RM's absence.
• Leads and coaches Restaurant Team Members; ensures guest satisfaction.
• Maintains cleanliness and conducts housekeeping duties.
• Assigns shift duties and ensures completion; monitors cash, sales, and inventory.
• Ensures food safety and regulatory compliance; trains on new products.
• Performs end-of-shift paperwork, inventory counts, and reports discrepancies.
