The RAM will lead and coach team members, maintain a clean environment, and ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations while handling end-of-shift and daily paperwork.

Qualifications

• Full time required; availability during all hours of operation including pre-opening and post-closing
• Valid state Driver’s License required

Responsibilities

• Assist RM with daily restaurant operations and supervise team in RM's absence
• Lead and coach restaurant team members and partner with management to meet standards
• Ensure food safety and brand standards; monitor cash, sales, and inventory
• Complete end-of-shift and end-of-period paperwork; communicate discrepancies
• Maintain a clean restaurant environment and follow health regulations
