The RAM leads and coaches Restaurant Team Members and partners with the management team to uphold Circle K standards, ensuring guests leave satisfied. This role requires availability days and evenings, a valid driver’s license, strong communication, and the ability to coach staff, manage cash and inventory, and maintain food

Qualifications

• Availability for all hours of operation, including some pre-opening and post-closing.
• Valid state Driver’s License required.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Motivates, coaches, and leads team members.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Restaurant Manager with daily operations and supervise team in RM's absence.
• Lead and coach Restaurant Team Members; ensure Brand and health standards.
• Maintain cash, sales and inventory records; complete shift reports and paperwork.
• Direct shift duties and ensure food is prepared and served per standards.
• Partner with RM on achieving financial and operational metrics.
