Circle K Stores Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager in Fayetteville, NC to assist the Restaurant Manager with daily operations and to supervise the team in their absence. You will lead and coach team members, uphold Brand standards, and ensure guest satisfaction daily.

The role requires full-time availability including days and evenings, with responsibilities spanning shift coverage, staff development, and administrative duties to drive profitable operations.

Qualifications

• Full time required; availability during all hours of operation and at least one hour pre-opening and post-closing required
• Valid state Driver’s License required

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner; coaches and corrects team
• Directs team and ensures all food items are prepared and served according to standards
• Monitors cash, sales, and inventory records for the shift
• Completes end of shift paperwork and communicates discrepancies
• Guards safety and ensures compliance with regulations
• Partners with RM to achieve financial and operational metrics
