Circle K Stores Inc. in Cameron, NC is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations and lead the team in the Restaurant Manager's absence.

You will coach staff, uphold brand standards, ensure food safety, and drive guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include coordinating shift duties, managing cash and inventory records, completing required paperwork, and maintaining a safe, clean dining environment.

Qualifications

• Full time required; availability during all hours of operation and at least one hour pre-opening and post-closing required
• Valid state Driver’s License required

Responsibilities

• Assist RM with daily operations and supervise the team in the RM's absence.
• Lead and coach Restaurant Team Members and partner with management to maintain standards.
• Ensure food safety and brand/health department compliance.
• Direct shifts, manage cash, sales and inventory records.
• Complete end-of-shift and end-of-period paperwork and reports.
• Keep a safe environment and uphold company values.
