Job summary

Circle K in Wilson, NC is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations, lead and coach the restaurant team, and uphold brand standards.

You will supervise shifts, ensure food quality and safety, manage cash and inventory records, complete paperwork, and partner with the RM to meet financial and operational goals while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner; coaches and corrects team
• Directs team and ensures all food items are prepared and served in accordance with Brand, Company, and health department regulations.
• Monitors and ensures accuracy of cash, sales, and inventory control records for the duration of the shift; completes end of shift paperwork.
• In RM absence, completes daily/weekly/end-of-period paperwork, inventory counts, cash counts, truck orders, and other admin duties
• Partners with RM to meet financial and operational metrics, resulting in a profitable restaurant
