Circle K in Durham, NC seeks a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations and supervise the team in the RM's absence. You will lead, coach, and coordinate shift teams to ensure food safety, quality, and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include maintaining health and safety standards, overseeing cash and inventory, and assisting with training and campaign execution. This role emphasizes teamwork, accountability, and customer-first service.

Qualifications

• Full time required; availability during all hours of operation and at least one hour pre-opening and post-closing required
• Valid state Driver’s License required
• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assists the Restaurant Manager with daily operations and supervises the team in their absence
• Leads and coaches Restaurant Team Members and partners with the management team to maintain standards
• Directs team to follow food prep and production guidelines and ensures safety and cleanliness
• Cascades information and assists with training of new products
• Manages cash, sales, inventory, and required paperwork during shifts
• In RM's absence, completes daily/weekly/end-of-period paperwork, inventory and cash counts
• Guards a safe environment and follows government laws and safety codes
• Works with RM to meet financial and operational targets and company values
