Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Internal Service: recruit, train, develop and evaluate restaurant employees; monitor staffing and training compliance; develop internal candidates for management; ensure brand promises and customer focus.
• External Service: maintain guest satisfaction; train staff for exceptional service and food quality; address guest concerns professionally; uphold brand image and cleanliness.
• Higher Profits: analyze operational and financial performance; develop action plans to increase sales and profitability; monitor costs and adherence to budget.
