Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises is seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to lead the operating efforts of all food and beverage outlets within the hotel. You will supervise restaurant, lounge, banquet, kitchen, and sanitation teams, and train staff on recipes, service standards, and hygiene.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in full-service restaurants.
• Knowledge of beverage cost controls and sequence of service.
• Hands-on leadership style with a passion for hospitality.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Direct the operational efforts of all food and beverage outlets.
• Supervise restaurant, lounge, banquet, kitchen, utility, and sanitation staff.
• Train associates on food preparation, seasoning, plate presentation, sanitation, and service standards.
• Assist with scheduling and evaluating associates.
• Maintain open communication and manage disciplinary actions when necessary.
• Ensure tools and equipment are available for staff.
• Resolve kitchen or restaurant operational issues quickly.
• Participate in weekly staff, sales, and F&B meetings and monthly inventory.
• Ensure all food meets quality standards and recipes.
• Support hotel-wide food service operations as needed.
