Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises Co. is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to lead daily operations for our hotel's food and beverage outlets, with a hands-on approach to restaurant and banquet supervision.

You will train, schedule, and guide associates while ensuring quality and consistency across menus, recipes, and service standards. This on-site, full-time role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in full-service restaurants.
• Knowledge of beverage cost controls and sequence of service.
• Experience with Micros or Toast POS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct the operational efforts of all food and beverage outlets with a hands-on approach.
• Supervise restaurant, banquet, kitchen, utility, and sanitation operations and staff.
• Train associates on food preparation, seasoning, plating, sanitation, and service standards.
• Assist with scheduling, evaluating, and guiding associates.
• Maintain open communication between management and staff; administer disciplinary actions when necessary.
• Ensure associates have the tools and equipment needed to perform their jobs.
• Take immediate action to resolve operational issues in the kitchen or restaurant.
• Participate in weekly staff, sales, and food & beverage meetings, and monthly inventory.
• Ensure all food served meets quality standards and is prepared according to recipes.
• Support food service operations across the hotel as needed.
