Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises is seeking an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to support daily operations and enhance guest experiences. The ideal candidate will inspire and develop associates while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Previous Food & Beverage, restaurant, banquet, or hospitality leadership experience required.
• Experience in a full-service hotel or restaurant environment preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, train, coach, and motivate a diverse team.
• Strong understanding of guest service and Food & Beverage operations.
• Knowledge of labor management, cost controls, food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the daily leadership and operation of restaurant, beverage, and banquet services.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences through quality food and beverage.
• Lead, train, coach, and develop Food & Beverage associates.
• Assist with scheduling, staffing levels, payroll, and performance management.
• Support banquet operations by ensuring events are properly executed.
