The role requires leadership, strong communication under pressure, and knowledge of menu and beverage offerings. Previous upscale dining supervision is preferred, with a focus on guest service and staff development.

Qualifications

• Must be age 21 or older.
• Demonstrates leadership with strong guest service focus.
• Able to communicate clearly in high-pressure situations.
• Knowledgeable about menu, beverages, wine service and pricing.
• Experience supervising upscale dining staff preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front-of-house operations for prompt, friendly service.
• Lead and coach the team during service and ensure standards are met.
• Coordinate between kitchen and dining room to ensure smooth operation.
• Assist in training team members on menu, standards, cash handling and policies.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Address guest concerns and escalate with management when needed.
• Provide updates to management on staff performance and operations.
