Job summary

Concord Hospitality seeks an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to lead daily operations across our food and beverage outlets within the Duluth team. You will supervise restaurant, lounge, banquet, kitchen, and sanitation staff, ensuring top service standards and smooth shifts.

The ideal candidate has supervisory experience in full-service restaurants, strong communication skills, and a hands-on leadership style.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in full-service restaurants is required.
• Knowledge of beverage cost controls and service sequence is expected.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are essential.
• Hands-on leadership style with a passion for hospitality.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Direct the operational efforts and strategies of all food and beverage outlets.
• Supervise restaurant, lounge, banquet, kitchen, utility, and sanitation staff.
• Train staff on food prep, seasoning, plating, sanitation and service standards.
• Assist with scheduling, evaluating and guiding associates.
• Maintain open communication and administer disciplinary actions when necessary.
• Ensure staff have the tools and equipment needed to perform their jobs.
• Resolve operational issues in the kitchen or restaurant promptly.
• Participate in weekly staff, sales and F&B meetings and monthly inventory.
• Ensure food quality meets standards and recipes are followed.
• Support food service operations across the hotel as needed.
