Job summary

Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Leader in a fast-paced environment. The role supports the Restaurant Leader in daily operations, upholding Cane’s standards and culture across all areas of restaurant operations.

You will supervise onboarding, staffing, scheduling, and payroll for hourly crewmembers, while ensuring exceptional guest service and adherence to policies. The position offers weekly pay, competitive pay, and a range of benefits.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing.
• Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively.
• Able to recognize and analyze problems, set goals, create plans and convert plans into action to solve problems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook) and able to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Hires and terminates all hourly, non-management crewmembers.
• Owns onboarding, status changes and payroll process for all hourly crewmembers.
• Creates crewmember work and training schedules.
• Manages performance of hourly crewmembers including coaching and documentation.
• Acts as manager on duty and opens/closes the restaurant.
• Manages cash handling and ensures accountability.
