The role focuses on hands-on managing, staff training, scheduling, and achieving sales and profitability targets while ensuring compliance with laws and company standards.

The ARGM will monitor inventory, support during peak periods, and uphold service quality across shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in the restaurant industry.
• ServSafe food safety training is highly recommended.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and proof of valid insurance.

Responsabilités

• Assist Restaurant General Manager in ensuring all employees are trained.
• Assist in maintaining staffing and preparing weekly schedules.
• Help staff during high-volume periods as needed.
• Administer all paperwork in a timely manner.
• Assist in analyzing profit and loss statements and meeting sales plans.
• Maintain and record accurate inventory.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean facility at all times.
• Deliver consistent, high quality products daily, every shift.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
