Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Assist with P&L management by following cash control, security procedures, inventory, and labor.
• Lead efforts in training, coaching, and recognizing employees.
• Ensure health and safety standards are consistently followed.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations in GM's absence and drive performance.
• Recruit, interview, and hire Team Members to build a diverse, inclusive team.
• Model MIC Success Routine to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Oversee Shift Excellence and food safety compliance.
