Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Assist with P&L management, cash control and inventory.
• Lead performance appraisals and discipline as needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer satisfaction by modeling brand standards and leading the team.
• Oversee Shift Excellence, food safety, and core excellence.
• Recruit, interview, and hire team members with equity and inclusion.
• Support Profit & Loss management and financial reporting.
• Provide ongoing feedback and coaching to team members.
