The AGM trains staff, responds to guest needs, manages shifts, and monitors inventory, losses, and safety to maintain profitable operations and high standards across the unit. This role requires flexibility and a commitment to guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Open availability to work flexible hours and all shifts.
• Strong communication, math, and reading skills.
• Internal promote preferred after learning zone training and certifications.
• Reliable transportation and on-time attendance.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders accurately.
• Prepare and package food and beverages to standards.
• Operate POS, process payments, and give change.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and sanitation.
• Assist with food prep and inventory/restocking.
• Manage shifts and deploy team to meet targets.
• Monitor speed of service and resolve bottlenecks.
• Ensure safety and compliance with laws and company policy.
