Taco Bell is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations in the absence of the Restaurant General Manager. You will train, coach, and recognize your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences while upholding brand standards and safety guidelines.

You will participate in hiring, budgeting, and inventory control, driving performance and growth in a fast-paced environment with a focus on equity and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage P&L and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations in GM's absence.
• Coach and develop Team Members and recognition programs.
• Recruit, interview, and hire staff.
• Ensure health, safety, and food safety standards.
