Responsibilities

• Ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly.
• Organize, run and supervise opening/closing shifts; prepare and reconcile banks; pre-shifts; write daily recaps.
• Manage staff, coach, support, and discipline; assist GM with guest service inquiries.
• Help execute private events, activations, and community initiatives.
• Assist GM in managing costs and driving sales to meet financial goals.
• Manage RM for the restaurant with approved contractors as needed.
• Assist in monthly inventory; write schedules considering labor and events.
• Promote teamwork across teams and handle guest/vendor issues with tact.
• Work varied shifts including early mornings, nights, and weekends.
