theWit Hotel in Chicago is seeking a Front Office Manager to lead the Front Office and Guest Services teams, ensuring Hilton standards, exceptional guest service, and operational efficiency. You will recruit, coach, and develop staff while managing staffing, financial controls, and daily guest interactions in a fast-paced luxury setting.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in hotel management, Front Office leadership experience, and familiarity with cash handling and account reconciliation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of hotel management experience.
• Front Office and/or Guest Services leadership experience required.
• Hilton experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Front Desk and Guest Services functions.
• Lead Front Office team in delivering exceptional guest service.
• Recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, and developing team members.
• Maintain staffing schedules based on occupancy and forecasted levels.
• Ensure readiness for arrivals, departures, VIPs, groups, and events.
• Resolve guest concerns with professional service recovery.
• Protect confidential guest and company information.
• Collaborate with Accounting on cash handling and reconciliation.
• Support departmental initiatives and inter-hotel collaboration.
