Firehouse Subs is seeking a Restaurant Manager for a West Palm Beach location. You will oversee profitable operation, ensure compliance with all guidelines, and lead a cheerful, customer‑focused team.

The role reports to the Owner/Franchisee and involves coordinating staffing, training, and execution of company initiatives. Compensation is $20.00 per hour with a commitment to safety and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Compliance with local, state and federal regulations including health, wage, age, EEO, ADA and OSHA.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership to the restaurant team to meet standards of guest service, quality and cleanliness.
• Ensure profitability by managing food cost, labor, controllables, utilities and sales growth.
• Staff the restaurant with qualified personnel and develop employees.
• Train and develop Assistant Manager and Shift Managers.
• Participate in local restaurant marketing and public safety initiatives.
• Maintain timely and accurate required programs, reports and records.
• Represent Firehouse Subs professionally to customers and community.
