Firehouse Subs is seeking a General Manager to oversee the profitable operation of a Firehouse Subs restaurant. You will lead a high-performing team, ensure compliance with all regulations, and drive guest satisfaction with friendly, safe, and efficient service.

The role requires strong leadership, cost management, and hands-on involvement in staffing, training, and local marketing. Open availability, weekends, and some nights are expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of management experience.

Responsabilités

• Ensure the restaurant complies with local, state and federal regulations including health, wage, age, ADA and OSHA rules.
• Provide leadership to the restaurant team to deliver superior guest service, quality and cleanliness.
• Maintain profitability by managing food cost, labor, controllables, utilities and sales growth.
• Staff the restaurant with qualified personnel and develop the restaurant Assistant Manager and Shift Managers.
• Participate in local restaurant marketing and community engagement.
