Job summary

Dave & Buster’s Inc. is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead selected front-of-house and back-of-house areas under the guidance of the General Manager. You’ll drive strategy, guest satisfaction, and team performance in a fast-paced restaurant/entertainment environment.

You will oversee staffing, training, and financials, including COGS and labor, while delivering a standout guest experience. Weekend/night/holiday availability is required, with a strong focus on operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age
• 5+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality Experience
• Proficient in managing cost of goods sold and labor
• Strong business acumen
• Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience
• Ability to work weekends, nights and holidays

Responsibilities

• Promotes positive employee relations, including effective delegation of managerial duties and fostering high staff morale
• Analyze financial reports and develop action plans to grow revenue and control costs in order to meet or exceed annual budgets
• Assures the execution of staff training programs.
• Assures staffing levels and management coverage are appropriate to meet the needs of the business and maximize the customer experience.
• Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks, and games
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all guests and staff
• Continuously improves operational execution through attention to detail and adherence to operating standards and procedures
