• Execute annual financial, local marketing, guest service, and HR objectives per SOP and operations plan.
• Manage restaurant floor, maintain guest contact, and address complaints professionally.
• Ensure food safety and SOP compliance; manage supplies, inventory and par levels.
• Recruit, train, and retain employees; conduct coaching and performance appraisals.
