Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two to four years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A valid Driver’s License may be necessary to drive on company business.

Responsibilities

• Assist in achieving budgeted sales and profits.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with IHOP employees and guests.
• Implement Craft Training program for all restaurant hourly employees to improve unit operations and guest experience.
• Assist in the execution of annual financial, local restaurant marketing, guest service and human resource objectives, strategies and tactics for assigned unit, per SOP.
• Comply with federal, state, and local regulations applicable to the unit.
• Assist in recruitment, training and retention of employees per SOP and operations plan.
• Ensure adequate levels of supplies (food, paper, kitchen, safety, janitorial, uniforms, linen).
• Ensure the proper operational condition of equipment, building and premises per SOP and regulations.
• Maintain safety and sanitation practices per regulations and SOP.
• Ensure security practices per SOP.
• Assist in completing required reports and paperwork.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
