Levy is seeking a Restaurant Operations Manager to work with the Restaurant General Manager at our Dallas location, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, safety, and solid financial results.

You will coach the operations team, manage staffing and inventory, and uphold Levy’s standards across menus, service, and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in hospitality or retail
• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management preferred
• High level of computer literacy
• Understanding of financial concepts
• Passion for hospitality, food and retail
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee Operations team alongside the Restaurant General Manager to ensure guest experience, safety, and financial performance
• Understand all menus, product offerings, packaging and pricing
• Executes all security, safety and sanitation standards
• Provides operational planning to ensure appropriate staffing and inventory for events
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with clients, guests, subcontractors, not-for-profits and Levy team members
• Forecasts and schedules team members to meet operational needs and targets
• Ensures cash handling procedures are performed and reporting is timely
