Job summary

Flock & Fresh in Dallas seeks a Director of Operations to own daily restaurant performance and guide the brand’s growth. You will lead the current unit, mentor General Managers, and align staff with food quality, guest experience, and safety standards.

As operations expand, you will build scalable systems, budgets, and leadership structures for future openings, while collaborating with cross-functional partners to drive financial and operational results.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in business, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum ten (10) years of operational leadership experience in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting, including five (5) + years of multi-unit leadership.
• Demonstrated experience leading and developing General Manager and driving performance across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational leader for the restaurant(s) within the scope, accountable for day-to-day performance and brand standards.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, labor plans, and performance goals; identify variances and implement action plans.
• Lead implementation of new menu items, promotions, technology, procedures, and training programs.
