Responsibilities

• Ensure guest service excellence and adherence to hospitality standards.
• Maintain positive guest relationships through feedback and show quality.
• Train staff and convey brand clarity through menu, wine, and beverage knowledge.
• Promote a positive work environment via hiring and staffing; maximize morale.
• Maintain compliance with safety, sanitation standards and client requirements.
• Support financial goals of the operation with input from the General Manager.
• Handle additional duties as assigned.
