Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; associate’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• At least 3-5 years’ experience in a relevant supervisory role.
• Superior quantitative, oral and written communications and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive mindset to anticipate and support changes in the business.
• Demonstrates high standards of personal integrity and ethical behavior.
• Strong supervisory, leadership and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and reviews standards and work procedures for all staff.
• Directs safety, sanitation, and maintenance programs; maintains client relations.
• Ensures client and customer satisfaction and cost-effective management.
• Promotes the professional growth of associates and coaching.
• Coordinates tasks of the supervisory and management team via regular communication.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
