Job summary

Levy at Compass Group USA is seeking a Director of Operations to lead the Houston location’s guest experience, safety, and financial performance. You will coach the team, drive continual improvement, and partner with culinary and location leaders to elevate service and outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in hospitality or retail leadership, a strong grasp of budgeting and P&L management, and a proven ability to mentor talent.

Qualifications

• 5+ leadership experience in Hospitality or Retail.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management preferred.
• High level of computer literacy.
• Understanding of financial concepts.
• Passion for hospitality, food, and retail.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively coaching and motivating team members to deliver their best.
• Identifying opportunities and driving continual improvement in location operations.
• Building a strong partnership with locations partners.
• Working with regional and Home Office leadership to drive innovation and best practices.
• Delivering against our financial goals and budgets.
• Coaching the operations management team.
• Overseeing safety and sanitation across activities at the location.
