White Lodging Services, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will lead a hands-on team, ensure service standards, and implement White Lodging Way (WLW) training and standards across all shifts.

Ideal candidates bring leadership in high-volume restaurants, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Micros POS and MS Office. This role requires physical ability and a college degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership role within a high-volume restaurant.
• Strong organization, planning and team development skills.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word and Micros POS.
• Ability to lift or carry up to 40 pounds.
• College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring service standards are met.
• Lead by example and assist team during peak hours.
• Implement WLW training and standards across staff.
• Monitor dining times, seating rotations and shift capacities.
• Schedule associates according to staffing guides and forecasts.
• Maintain associate documentation and performance reviews.
