Job summary

White Lodging is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations and lead a high-volume team to deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will ensure service standards, coach associates, and maintain efficient staffing while upholding White Lodging Way (WLW) training and certifications.

The role requires leadership experience in hospitality, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Micros POS, Outlook, Excel, and Word. College degree preferred.

• Experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a high-volume restaurant.
• Strong organization, planning, and team development skills.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and Micros POS systems.
• Excellent customer focus and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and move between environments.
• College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring service standards are met.
• Lead by example and assist associates during service with a hands-on approach.
• Implement and uphold WLW training, certification materials, and standards.
• Monitor dining times, seating rotations, and shift capacities for smooth ops.
• Schedule and manage associates according to staffing guides.
• Maintain associate documentation, performance reviews, and evaluations.
• Promote teamwork and a culture of hospitality through coaching.

What You’ll Do

• Lead by example and assist associates during service to maintain a hands‑on and guest‑focused approach.
• Implement and uphold all White Lodging Way (WLW) training, certification materials, and scenography standards.
• Monitor dining times, seating rotations, and shift capacities to ensure smooth operations.
• Schedule and manage associates according to staffing guides and forecasts.
• Maintain accurate associate documentation, performance reviews, and REX/RAP evaluations.
• Promote teamwork, accountability, and a culture of hospitality through consistent communication and coaching.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a high-volume restaurant.
• Strong organization, planning, and team development skills.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and Micros POS systems.
