White Lodging is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring outstanding service and guest satisfaction. You will guide a team, uphold training standards, and manage staffing and performance to maintain efficiency across shifts.

Ideal candidates have leadership experience in fast-paced settings, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Micros POS and Microsoft Office.

• Experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a high-volume restaurant.
• Strong organization, planning, and team development skills.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and Micros POS systems.
• Excellent customer focus and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to lift or carry up to 40 pounds and move between hot and cold environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring service standards are met.
• Lead by example and assist associates during service.
• Uphold WLW training, certification materials, and standards.
• Monitor dining times, seating rotations, and shift capacities.
• Schedule and manage associates per staffing forecasts.
• Maintain associate documentation and performance evaluations.
• Promote teamwork and a culture of hospitality.

What You’ll Do

• Lead by example and assist associates during service to maintain a hands‑on and guest‑focused approach.
• Implement and uphold all White Lodging Way (WLW) training, certification materials, and scenography standards.
• Monitor dining times, seating rotations, and shift capacities to ensure smooth operations.
• Schedule and manage associates according to staffing guides and forecasts.
• Maintain accurate associate documentation, performance reviews, and REX/RAP evaluations.
• Promote teamwork, accountability, and a culture of hospitality through consistent communication and coaching.
