Job summary

White Lodging seeks an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily food and beverage operations at a premium hotel restaurant. This full-time role requires building strong teams, driving guest satisfaction, and ensuring operational excellence across shifts.

You will oversee P&L, payroll, and scheduling while mentoring staff to deliver exceptional upscale dining and memorable guest experiences in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in food and beverage operations — required; prior restaurant manager, hotel food and beverage manager, dining room manager, F&B supervisor, or assistant general manager experience strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage restaurant P&L, control labor and food costs, and drive profitability in a high-volume upscale setting
• A genuine passion for hospitality with a solutions-oriented attitude and a track record of developing internal talent

Responsibilities

• Oversee all restaurant, lounge, and kitchen operations to ensure guest satisfaction and flawless service and presentation
• Manage compliance with operational processes to maintain a premium dining environment
• Lead daily restaurant management responsibilities, including P&L oversight, payroll, and staff scheduling
• Mentor and develop your team to deliver exceptional upscale service
• Identify and solve operational challenges in a fast-paced hotel restaurant
• Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to create seamless dining experiences
