Job summary

White Lodging is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations across a premium dining environment. You will oversee staffing, training, scheduling, and service to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

With a focus on food safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement, you will mentor supervisors and front-line associates while driving guest satisfaction and operational excellence in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and organizational skills for a dynamic F&B environment.
• Commitment to service excellence and inspiring teams to deliver memorable guest experiences.
• Solid understanding of food safety and sanitation standards (ServSafe preferred).
• Effective communication with guests, associates, and management teams.
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and resolve problems efficiently.
• Previous supervisory experience in restaurant operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations, staffing, setup, service and breakdown to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and mentor restaurant associates while fostering teamwork and morale.
• Monitor inventory, place orders, and manage payroll to support efficient operations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
• Address guest concerns promptly and effectively, empowering associates to exceed expectations.
• Support hiring, training and cross-training initiatives to build a skilled and motivated team.
