White Lodging Services, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will lead a hands-on team, ensure service standards, and implement White Lodging Way (WLW) training and standards across all shifts.

Ideal candidates bring leadership in high-volume restaurants, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Micros POS and MS Office. This role requires physical ability and a college degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership role within a high-volume restaurant.
• Strong organization, planning and team development skills.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word and Micros POS.
• Ability to lift or carry up to 40 pounds.
• College degree preferred.

As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will help lead daily operations to deliver outstanding guest experiences, ensure smooth service execution, and foster an engaging and motivated team environment.

Responsibilities:

What You'll Do

• Oversee the day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring all service standards are consistently met.
• Lead by example and assist associates during service to maintain a hands-on and guest-focused approach.
• Implement and uphold all White Lodging Way (WLW) training, certification materials, and scenography standards.
• Monitor dining times, seating rotations, and shift capacities to ensure smooth operations.
• Schedule and manage associates according to staffing guides and forecasts.
• Maintain accurate associate documentation, performance reviews, and REX/RAP evaluations.
• Promote teamwork, accountability, and a culture of hospitality through consistent communication and coaching.

What You'll Bring

• Experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a high-volume restaurant.
• Strong organization, planning, and team development skills.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and Micros POS systems.
• Excellent customer focus and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to lift or carry up to 40 pounds and move between hot and cold environments as needed.
