Job summary

IHOP is seeking an Assistant Manager in Albuquerque, NM. You will supervise restaurant employees and manage front and back of house operations with a focus on profitability and sales growth while upholding IHOP standards of quality and service.

Responsibilities include implementing financial and guest-service objectives, training staff, and ensuring compliance with SOPs. Availability for days, nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to read and write English and interpret safety procedures.
• Basic computer skills including Email, MS Excel and MS Word are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise restaurant employees and oversee front and back of house operations.
• Execute objectives for profitability, sales growth, quality and service.
• Develop relationships with hourly staff and franchisee organization.
• Recruit, train, and direct staff; handle performance and disputes.
• Maintain required reports and personnel files; ensure timely completion.
• Be available to work days, nights and weekends.
