Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma, some college preferred.
• 1–2 years restaurant management experience.
• Excellent communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations under the Unit General Manager.
• Provide training and supervision to staff on shifts.
• Ensure compliance with Food & Beverage standards and company policies.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards; monitor liquor regulations where applicable.
• Assist with inventory, scheduling, and record-keeping; monitor invoices.
