Job summary

Church's Chicken in Tampa, FL seeks an Assistant General Restaurant Manager to work under the Restaurant General Manager. You will oversee day‑to‑day operations, assist in implementing Church's initiatives, and help meet financial goals while handling banking and administrative tasks.

You will support scheduling, inventory, training, and staff development, ensure compliance with health & safety standards, and strive to deliver high quality product every shift while fostering a positive team

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a restaurant environment.
• ServSafe food safety training is highly recommended.

Responsibilities

• Assist RGM in ensuring all employees are trained and scheduled.
• Maintain staffing levels, prepare weekly schedules, and support during peak periods.
• Analyze profit and loss statements and work toward sales targets.
• Maintain inventory records and ensure compliance with policies and laws.
• Deliver high quality products consistently across shifts.
• Enforce health, safety and sanitation requirements.
