Qualifications

• External Recruit: 3+ years as Assistant Manager with P&L responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Internal Service: recruit, train, develop, and evaluate restaurant staff; ensure training on workstations; promote a friendly, safe work environment.
• External Service: train staff to deliver exceptional guest service and food quality; manage guest concerns professionally; maintain brand image.
• Higher Profits: analyze restaurant operations using management information tools; develop action plans to increase sales and profitability; monitor costs against budget.
