IHOP in Owasso, OK is seeking an Operations Supervisor to direct the unit’s operations and oversee staff performance to meet budgeted sales and profitability targets.

You will build professional relationships with IHOP employees and guests, implement a Craft Training program for hourly staff to improve operations and guest experience, and support annual financial and HR objectives while ensuring safety and SOP compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2–4 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating manuals, and procedures.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsabilités

• Assist in the achievement of budgeted sales and profits.
• Develop and maintain professional working relationships with IHOP employees and guests.
• Implement Craft Training program for all restaurant hourly employees to improve unit operations and guest experience.
• Assist in the execution of annual financial, local restaurant marketing, guest service and HR objectives, strategies and tactics for the unit.
• Comply with federal, state, and local regulations applicable to the unit.
• Recruit, train and retain employees per SOP and operations plan.
