• Implement Craft Training program for all restaurant hourly employees to improve operations and guest experience.
• Assist in execution of annual objectives, strategies and tactics per SOP.
• Ensure proper safety, sanitation and regulatory compliance.
• Assist in recruitment, training and retention of employees.
• Oversee supply levels and equipment conditions.
• Ensure security practices are followed.
• Complete required reports and paperwork.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
