Job summary

IHOP in Oklahoma City seeks an operations leader to direct the unit's activities and drive the guest experience. You will assist in achieving budgeted sales and profits, develop relationships with guests and team members, and implement Craft Training for hourly staff to improve operations.

You will support the General Manager in executing annual financial, local marketing, guest service and HR objectives, while ensuring safety, compliance, and smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED with 2–4 years in related roles.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, procedures, and manuals.
• IHOP training certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in achieving budgeted sales and profits.
• Develop and maintain relationships with IHOP employees and guests.
• Implement Craft Training program for hourly staff.
• Support annual objectives in finance, marketing, guest service and HR.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Assist in recruiting, training and retaining staff.
• Maintain adequate supplies across departments.
• Ensure equipment and facilities meet SOP standards.
• Maintain safety, sanitation and security practices.
• Complete required reports and paperwork.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
