SONIC Drive-In is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in running smooth drive-in operations, train staff, and ensure quality food served safely and efficiently.

You will oversee team members, manage shifts, monitor inventory, and uphold standards while delivering friendly guest experiences. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and lead by example, this role offers growth and stability with SONIC.

Qualificações

• Minimum of six months of restaurant management experience (QSR) or one year entry level retail management experience.
• Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Effective communication, basic math, reading and computer skills.
• Ability to follow directions and work with autonomy once given directions; ability to multi-task and solve problems.

Responsabilidades

• Manages, trains, monitors and coaches Team / Crew Members, Carhops and Skating Carhops.
• Directs and assigns drive-in restaurant employees to ensure all aspects of food service meet standards.
• Adheres to and monitors employee compliance with the employee handbook, policies and practices.
• Performs restaurant opening and/or closing duties.
• Monitors and adjusts staffing levels, inventory, and food cost control.
• Completes weekly inventory as needed.
• Assists in administrative duties including maintaining files, records and all required documentation.
• Reinforces a customer service mentality and ensures employees focus on serving the guest.
• Responds to guest requests promptly and reports complaints to supervisor.
