Wingstop – Vibe Restaurants in Knoxville, TN is seeking an Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations and report to the General Manager. You will lead shift teams, ensure food quality, speed, accuracy, and cleanliness, and help drive guest satisfaction.

You will train and coach team members, monitor labor, sales, and food costs, and participate in recruiting by screening applicants. A proactive, detail‑oriented leader who can motivate a team will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent recommended.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in food service is recommended.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills; ability to prioritize, delegate and solve problems.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead Shift Operations: manage daily checklists, cash handling, and guest interactions.
• Drive Performance: ensure SOPs are followed and improve speed of service; monitor labor, sales, and costs.
• Support Team Development: train and coach teammates and assist with recruiting by screening applicants.
• Report to the General Manager and ensure the team delivers high quality, accurate, and clean operations.
