Job summary

Wingstop – Vibe Restaurants is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the daily operations of our restaurant. You will report to the General Manager and lead a team to achieve high standards in food quality, speed, accuracy, and cleanliness.

You will manage shift operations, ensure SOPs are followed, and monitor labor, sales, and costs while coaching team members and screening applicants during recruitment.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent recommended.
• 1–2 years supervisory experience in food service recommended.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, delegate, and solve problems.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead Shift Operations: You'll be a hands-on manager, completing daily checklists, handling cash, and managing guest interactions.
• Drive Performance: You'll ensure our standard operating procedures are followed and maintain a sense of urgency to increase speed of service.
• Monitor and manage daily labor, sales, and food costs.
• Support Team Development: You'll help train and coach team members, providing feedback and supporting the accountability process.
• Assist with screening applicants during the recruiting process.
