Job summary

Wingstop – Vibe Restaurants is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the daily operations of our Wichita, KS restaurant. You will report to the General Manager and lead a team to deliver fast, friendly service.

Responsibilities include managing shift operations, ensuring adherence to SOPs, and driving performance through labor and cost controls while coaching staff and assisting with recruiting.

Qualifications

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is recommended.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in food service is recommended.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential; ability to prioritize tasks, delegate, and solve problems.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead Shift Operations: hands-on manager, completes daily checklists, handles cash, and manages guest interactions.
• Drive Performance: ensures SOPs are followed and speeds service; monitors daily labor, sales, and food costs.
• Support Team Development: trains and coaches team members, provides feedback, and assists with recruiting.
